About Us
Coming from varied backgrounds, the members of Super Project Lab (and our audiences) survived the debut run of Meet Your ______! in April 2007. We played to packed houses and had such amazing guests as former Oregon governor, Barbara Roberts, and Jeff Harvey, CEO of Burgerville. Things went reasonably well, so we’ve decided to continue playing together. We’ll see what happens.
We’ve noticed that there are a lot of amazing people in our fair city of Portland, Oregon (and surrounding environs) who are doing great things. Some of these people are well known; others are not. Either way, we think our audiences deserve to get to know these folks a little better. Meet Your ______! is designed so that audiences can learn personal things about our guests that they would not otherwise ever discover.

In the debut run of Meet Your ______! audiences learned that:
- A former-Governor’s body-guard almost destroyed a ‘Victoria’s Secret’ store while looking for the Governor (who had snuck off for some privacy).
- Getting fired would be the best thing that could happen to a Burgermeister (he didn’t know how to market hydrogen!?!) .
- Montessori teachers have amazing stories about home births.
- Radio talk-show hosts sometimes have egos that are as fragile as their guests’.
All of our guests are an inspiration, and we ask them to inspire our improv for each performance of Meet Your ______!
The Lab staff is excited to bring you Super Fun, Super Smart, and yes, Super Funny all-improvised theater. Hope to see you at our next show!
