Wordstock Festival in Portland!

Super Project Lab will be appearing at Woodstock on November 9th, jumping into the deep, icy water with an exciting new format called “Writers’ Block.” In this format, SPL will assist writers who have unfinished stories by brainstorming scenes based on available story elements. Will we actually help these writers find compelling endings to their stories? Who the heck knows! It’s guaranteed to be fun though.
Wordstock is an annual festival of books, writers, and storytelling in Portland, Oregon. To date it has hosted over 550 writers, who have read and performed for nearly 55,000 people at past festivals. Wordstock features ten author stages, a book fair with over 150 exhibitors, a special childrens area and childrens literature stage, a series of workshops for writers and for K-12 teachers, a special broadcast of Live Wire!, the popular public radio variety show, featuring writers from the festival, and more. Wordstock is the largest celebration of literature in the Pacific Northwest.
